View ApplicationOver a period of three weeks, the Stronger Democracy Award team will review each submission to ensure it complies with application requirements and rules.
From Tuesday, August 24 to Tuesday, September 14, 2021, lead applicants will score and comment on five other applications using the scoring rubric (scores are normalized for fairness).

Once Peer-to-Peer Review is complete, the Evaluation Panel will score and provide feedback on their assigned submissions using the scoring rubric (scores are normalized for fairness).
Meet the JudgesOver a period of two months, the donors will review the top-scoring submissions and may request additional information to select up to five Finalists in January 2022.
Finalists work with an expert team to strengthen, revise, and refine their solutions, and develop more detailed implementation plans. This stage also includes site visits with the donors.
The Selection Committee will select one Finalist to receive the $10M award from Additional Ventures, one Finalist to receive the $10M award from the anonymous donor in the ICONIQ Impact community, and a third Finalist to receive the $2M grant from philanthropists Cipora & Vlado Herman.
